The area offers ample grassed area for up to 100 people and hire of this site includes:

  • Grassed area only

 

When you hire this facility you are allowed to bring in:

  • Your own gas BBQ
  • Up to ten tables
  • Up to 100 chairs (chairs must have broad feet)
  • No mor ethan five 6m x 3m pop up shade structures (weighted not pegged)

 

For an additional fee, bookings at this site can also have:

  • Children’s entertainer (e.g. a face painter, clown, entertainer, character)
  • A caterer delivering food (not a food truck)
  • A live accoustic ensemble of up to four people
  • A commercial photographer
  • Other commercial activities by approval
